One of the regular blogs I visited almost daily, I was rather surprised that access to Jimbo's blog was blocked by the MOH, for having "unsur-unsur" Tasteless and Offensive.
I cannot imagine them taking the time to block individual blogs -- perhaps they have blogged access to wordpress.com as a whole? Have you tried other wordpress.com blogs?
the HSAJB hospital IT dept blocks certain sites based on the appearance of certain 'listed' words. If they appear to often above a certain ratio, then the site is blocked.
