Brought by a friend to try out the 'must-try' famous Mee Hoon Kuih in Klang, something like Pan Mee but made into pieces by hands. The shop was quite packed near noon as forewarned and we waited for nearly 30 minutes for the food to be served. Looked like the dish was carefully prepared individually and despite having 4 Indonesian workers standing there continuously tearing pieces of dough into the hot soup, the preparing process can be quite time consuming.
