Spent the whole day window shopping in KL, especially at Ikea and Ikano, thanks to Sbanboy for being the tour guide.

Travelling up north
With the recent spate of bus accidents, nobody seemed dare to sit in the most front of the bus. But, I prefer such seat as I like to look at scenery when traveling.

Disassociation
I am kind of fed up with the environment over here. The culture is so inconducive to work in. A lot of things just seem not right to me. Am I just too sensitive? There seems to be 'disassociation' in the flow of work.
I told myself, that is enough. I don't want to just sit behind the scene and expect other people to make the move, which I have come to the sense that it will never happened.

Visitors from north
I got visitors coming from the north, who were here attending a meeting. It has been near 1 year since we last met. There are not many places of interest over here to show them; anyway, we had Indiana Jones movies at Tebrau courtesy of Nazri. The cinema was real packed with people making long queues to get the tickets, with some movies even sold out.
With the recent petrol price hike and the hoo-hah, I was wondering why people are still willing to pay for some pricey tickets and popcorns, yet don't fart a noise?
Anyway, I brought our friends to this unique restaurant located awkwardly in the middle of the housing bungalows and 'on top of the trees'.

Why are the sugar levels of diabetes patients in goverment hospitals or clinics poorly controlled?
Is it necessary to do HBA1c in diabetic patient, irregardless of the fasting blood sugar (FBS)?
Well, according to this medical laboratory technician and the visiting chemical pathologist, it is not necessary.
It is kind of irritating sometimes, seeing this kind of comment in the patient's lab result print out. Yes, as if the clinician is stupid.
That is what I said, irrelevant people passing comments, especially from someone who is not clinician. They are way out of touch.

Petrol price hike, no joke
I got back very early today, earlier than my usual routine, and found my way in the Dreamland, but not until I received 3 SMSes and 2 phone calls, telling me about the petrol price hike.
"Come on, give me some peace of mind, not another big hoax please."
Anyway, I received an irritating referral call late evening. I am irritated because I knew the referral was not genuine. I am disappointed with certain people, who once called oneself, a Physician. I had feeling that probably these people are ill-hearted, so chronically-malignantly ill that something have already engraved deep in their heart that, they can't see other people been freer. Anyway, heck, though I care who the big bully is.
Logging on to the cyberworld, I read the headline over Star Online.
Shit, this wasn't some big ass joke. This is serious, petrol price is going up by RM0.78 per litre in 1 more hour.
In the current economy situation, one can't really blamed me for being Kiasu.
So, I headed to the nearest Shell petrol station. Luckily, it wasn't a long queue, and I was number 5.

Anyway, it worth the queue, cause I save RM15 before over night.

Royal dinner
Seemed like ages I've not been to a Malay wedding. A colleague of mine invited me to his wedding dinner tonight. I thought it was just a simple dinner as I could imagine before.
But no, this one wasn't some ordinary dinner. The wedding dinner was attended by the Royalties, how grandiose.
