u must be using prepaid line then. postpaid usually have itemized billing.Anything we can do to detect or prevent the occurence?
Mine, post-paid. Once the local line is unavailable, it will automatically switch to alien network.
this is bcoz your phone setting is autonamic network search. just need to set it as manual network search.

Now, I finally realized why my phone bill has been so explosive, cause my phone has been hijacked by alien network without my knowledge.
